Use of the service
You may use PickLuxe for lawful personal, educational, and business activities. You are responsible for the entries you add, the rules of your drawing, and how you communicate or apply the result.
No guarantee of eligibility or fairness of inputs
PickLuxe can randomly choose from the active entries it receives, but it cannot verify whether your list is complete, accurate, authorized, or compliant with giveaway, employment, education, gambling, or consumer laws.
Important decisions
Do not rely on a random wheel for medical, legal, safety-critical, or other decisions that require professional judgment. The tool is intended for ordinary selections and entertainment.
User content and shared links
You must have the right to use and share the names, images, and other content placed in a wheel. A shared URL may reveal its encoded entries to anyone who receives the link.
Availability
The service is provided as available. Features may change, and local browser data may be lost due to browser settings, device changes, software updates, or user actions. Keep your own backup when a wheel is important.
Prohibited use
You may not use PickLuxe to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, misrepresent a rigged drawing as fair, or interfere with the service or other users.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the project owner is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, missed prizes, disputes arising from entry lists, or decisions made from a wheel result.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
