Information you enter
Names, choices, wheel titles, settings, and winner history are processed in your browser. The current project does not send this content to a PickLuxe account server.
Local browser storage
Saved wheels, appearance preferences, and winner history may be stored in localStorage or related browser storage. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or changing devices can remove that information.
Shared wheel links
When you intentionally create a share link, the wheel configuration can be encoded into the URL. Anyone who receives that URL may be able to view the shared entries, so do not place sensitive personal information in a shared wheel.
Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error information to deliver and secure the website. PickLuxe does not currently include an application analytics or advertising SDK.
Your controls
You can delete individual wheels, clear winner history, or clear all PickLuxe site data through your browser settings. Export important wheels before clearing browser storage.
Children and sensitive data
Do not use the service to publish sensitive personal information. Teachers and organizers should use the minimum information needed, such as first names or participant codes.
Changes
This policy may be updated when storage, sharing, hosting, or account features change. The effective date at the top will be revised for material updates.
